Services
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. I specialize in two main areas of support:
Trauma healing for all ages through EMDR, mindfulness, and somatic approaches, helping you process painful experiences, release what feels stuck, and build a greater sense of balance and resilience.
Support for teens, college students, and young adults who are navigating the challenges of growing up, whether that’s managing stress, anxiety, or depression, working through body image or identity concerns, coping with family conflict, or finding direction in a changing world.
No matter where you are in life, I provide a warm, compassion space to explore your experiences, deepen your self-awareness, and move toward the growth and healing you desire.
Explore the ways we can work together:
-
Teens & College Students
Being a teen or college student today can feel overwhelming. Between academic pressure, shifting friendships, family relationships and expectations, and the big question: “Who am I becoming?” it’s easy to feel anxious, stressed, or weighed down. Therapy gives you a space to sort through what’s on your mind, whether that’s anxiety, depression, academic stress, identity struggles, body image concerns, or conflict in your relationships. Together, we’ll build tools for resilience and confidence while also supporting you in discovering your voice, values, and sense of self.
-
Young Adults (20's-30's)
Early adulthood is full of possibility and change, but also uncertainty. Grad school, career decisions, tricky workplace dynamics, and evolving relationships with family, friends, or partners can all bring stress, self-doubt, or a sense of feeling lost. Old wounds may also resurface, leaving you all too aware of how past experiences still shape your present. Therapy offers a space to untangle all of this… to process the past, clarify your direction, and build the confidence to live in alignment with who you truly are.
-
Trauma/EMDR
Some struggles run deeper than everyday stress; they’re rooted in experiences your mind and body haven’t fully processed. Maybe you know exactly when things changed, or maybe you just feel off without knowing why. Memories, feelings, or patterns may still show up in ways that keep you feeling stuck. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps the nervous system let go of what it’s been holding on to. By integrating EMDR with mindfulness, self-compassion, and somatic practices, therapy supports both deep healing and tangible growth. You don’t have to carry the weight of the past alone, healing is possible.
Therapeutic Modalities for Tailored Support
I draw on evidence-based techniques and holistic practices to empower you on your path to healing and growth including:
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) & Trauma-Informed Care - Creating a safe, supportive environment where you can process, release, and heal from limiting beliefs and traumatic experiences.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) & Mindfulness - Gently observing, exploring, and reframing thoughts in a mindful, compassionate way to cultivate presence and self-acceptance, foster new perspectives, and support actions that align with your values.
Self-Compassion - Building resilience through practices that nurture self-kindness, helping you develop a more caring relationship with yourself
Somatic Awareness - Using your body as a gateway to insight and healing, helping you release tension and connect with your inner strength
